What is your Blundstone 30 Day Comfort Guarantee?
Blundstone's unique fit is designed to provide optimum comfort to the wearer so they offer a 30 Day Comfort Guarantee.
If your new Blundstone's are anything short of comfortable within 30 days of purchase, return them to us and we'll offer you either:
- A full refund
- A footwear exchange up to the original price
This Comfort Guarantee is valid for all Australian customers who purchase a Blundstone product from our online site or from any one of our 4Workers stores. Excludes style 330.
How do I return them if they're not comfortable?
If you need to return them to us, please return them to the store of purchase along with your receipt. Alternatively, you can post them back to us. Contact us below and send us a photo of your receipt or order number and we'll issue you a returns label within 5 business days. Please let us know:
- Your primary use of the boots
- The number of days the boots were worn
- The area of the boots which caused discomfort
Your feedback is valuable to Blundstone so that they can continue to improve on the comfort, fit and performance of their products!

Does 4Workers have a warranty?
If your item(s) prove defective within their warranty period, we'll provide a refund or replacement in-store, or a full refund online. Please note, wear and tear defects are not considered manufacturing faults.*
Warranty period
Plastic goods: 1-month warranty

Fabric items: 3-month warranty
- Beanies
- CAT Workwear Gaiters
- Underwear
If your item(s) meet the below criteria, then we will offer a refund online or refund/exchange in-store.
Warranty conditions
• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose
• The product does not match the sample or our description
Note: This does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, improper use, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and/or use.
*Wear and tear defects are not considered faulty:- Worn stitching, worn soles or frayed webbing due to normal wear
- Damage that is a result of misuse, normal wear and tear or damage occurred during storage
- Improper fit/comfort issues
If you believe any purchased items may have a manufacturing fault, please contact our 4Workers Team here and provide the below information;
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Photos that display the fault from all angles
Our team will be able to advise the next steps.
Important to note: If your item(s) were purchased from a third-party retailer, your payment and order history sit safely with the place of purchase! Please contact their brand directly, as our 4Workers Team are unable to assist with third-party returns.

Does your Hi-Vis workwear meet Australian Safety Standards?
The High Visibility workwear stocked at 4Workers meets or exceeds Australian and New Zealand Standards AS/NZS 4602.1
In regards to UPF ratings, all Hi-Vis fabric has been rated in accordance to AS/NZS 4399:1996
Quality:- All fabrics are systematically tested by a third-party laboratory to tear force, breaking force and colour fastness
- All shades are carefully controlled in a lightbox to ensure the consistency of all uniforms
- All new products introduced to the marketplace are wear-tested within real work environments

Do your safety shoes meet Australian Safety Standards?
Throughout the 4Workers range we offer Safety Shoes, which fall into the same compliancy standards as our Safety Work Boots.
All of our Work Boot brands offer at least one option as a safety shoe. These shoes comprise of a Steel or Composite Safety Toe cap and are compliant with:

Do your boots meet Australian Safety Standards?
At 4Workers, all of our Safety Work Boots are Certified to AS/NZS 2210.3:2009.
Testing in the manufacturing process of Safety Work Boots includes:
Slip resistance of soles: The shoes must pass a minimum resistance test on both steel and tiled surfaces
Testing of specific ergonomic features: The footwear is put through a variety of testing including walking, kneeling and crouching, climbing stairs and more. Suitability is then recorded
Upper and lining materials testing: Includes a recording of the thickness, tear strength, flexing, pH value, chromium V1 content and abrasion resistance of the shoe
Outsole testing: The outsole is tested on its tear strength, abrasion resistance, flexing resistance, hydrolysis and resistance to fuel oil
